Key Responsibilities
Business Collaboration Management
Develop comprehensive collaboration plans between the school and businesses, detailing processes and mechanisms for interaction, which are then submitted to the Principal for approval. Implement, monitor, and assess these collaborative activities.
Negotiate and sign memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with businesses regarding the annual intake of interns and practical workers. Organize the transportation of students to work sites, supervising, guiding, and assisting them throughout their practical work experience at partner companies.
Maintain regular communication with businesses to sustain and enhance cooperative relationships between the school and industry.
Act as a liaison for gathering, managing information, and coordinating with various departments and faculties to implement diverse and flexible training activities that engage with the community.
Collaborate with companies to conduct advanced courses and short-term programs tailored to their needs.
Work with relevant departments to execute applied research and technology transfer projects as requested by businesses.
Gather feedback from businesses to update and improve training programs in line with real-world needs, incorporating new technologies and techniques into the curriculum.
Survey and assess workforce demand for the programs offered by the school, while collecting feedback from employers on the training quality and job readiness of graduates.
Introduce industry experts as guest instructors at the school.
Secure funding for scholarships, learning materials, and support for feasible scientific research programs, workshops, and competitions organized by the Da Viet Sai Gon College, thereby motivating students and promoting the company’s brand.
Establish a job information system that facilitates two-way communication between the school and employers, detailing workforce demand and annual graduate numbers by program. This system aids in job placement for students and assists employers in selecting suitable candidates.
Collaborate with various departments and student organizations to facilitate career experience exchanges and promote different professions while building and utilizing databases of individuals.
Efficiently manage and utilize human resources, facilities, and equipment provided.
Career Development and Job Placement
Collaborate with businesses and functional units to organize networking events that enrich students' knowledge and skills necessary for post-graduation employment.
Coordinate with internal departments to connect with production facilities and recruitment companies to support students in finding suitable employment opportunities.
Establish an information system regarding job placements and internships, ensuring alignment between workforce capabilities and labor market needs to provide consultation and job placement assistance for students.
Work with various departments and student organizations to conduct skill-building and career development activities (such as workshops, skill training, learning methods, academic competitions, and student-business exchanges).
Collaborate with relevant units to survey the employment status of graduates, monitoring and evaluating feedback from employers on the job readiness of graduates.
Organize job fairs and dialogue programs with business leaders, partnering with both internal and external organizations.
Connect with alumni to gather their experiences and contributions, both moral and material, to support current students and enhance the school's development.
Lead efforts in organizing job fairs and employment exchanges.
