Clinical simulation has proven to play a vital role in improving training quality, particularly in the context of increasing demands for nursing competence and skills. Through diverse clinical scenarios, students are equipped with practical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the confidence needed to excel in professional healthcare environments.
On September 27th and 28th, 2024, the management staff and specialized lecturers of Dai Viet Saigon College participated in the 1st International Scientific Conference on Enhancing the Quality of Medical and Pharmaceutical Training, held at Quang Tri Medical College. The conference was attended by many experts and healthcare education administrators from countries such as the United States, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Laos, as well as representatives from various universities and colleges in Vietnam.
At the conference, Dai Viet Saigon College contributed a report titled "Application of Clinical Simulation in Practical Nursing Training." This report highlighted breakthroughs in using clinical simulation technology for practical training, significantly improving the teaching and learning quality for the college's nursing students. By applying modern simulation models, nursing students not only encounter realistic clinical situations but also have the opportunity to practice their decision-making and problem-solving skills in a safe and controlled environment, contributing to patient safety during clinical practice.
