During the event week of September 2024, Dai Viet Saigon College held a working session with the leadership of the Ho Chi Minh City Emergency Center 115 to promote comprehensive cooperation in training healthcare personnel and conducting scientific research. This meeting marked a significant step in expanding cooperation, especially in pre-hospital emergency care training and supporting the primary healthcare system.
During the event week of September 2024, Dai Viet Saigon College held a working session with the leadership of the Ho Chi Minh City Emergency Center 115 to promote comprehensive cooperation in training healthcare personnel and conducting scientific research. This meeting marked a significant step in expanding cooperation, especially in pre-hospital emergency care training and supporting the primary healthcare system.
At the meeting, both parties agreed to jointly implement long-term and short-term training programs for medical personnel to enhance professional quality and better meet the community’s healthcare needs. The cooperation also includes joint scientific research on pre-hospital emergency care, standardized workforce training, continuous education for emergency response teams, and improving the management capacity of primary healthcare systems.
Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Le Lam, Chairman of the Board and Principal of Dai Viet Saigon College, emphasized, "The cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City Emergency Center 115 is a strategic step for the college in continually improving the quality of medical training. This partnership will especially equip students and healthcare workers with essential skills in pre-hospital emergency care, a field that requires specialized skills and agility in urgent situations. We believe that the integration of theoretical training with clinical practice will help the city's healthcare workforce better meet the growing demand for healthcare services."
On behalf of the Ho Chi Minh City Emergency Center 115, Dr. Nguyen Duy Long, Director of the Center, also expressed optimism about the collaboration: "We highly value this cooperation with Dai Viet Saigon College in developing pre-hospital emergency care capabilities, which is a crucial element of today's healthcare system.
